Her leggings are from H&M.  Any kind of legging with sheer panels always attract attention and these were apparently commented on a lot.

I love that she paired them with solid colours in a loose size to tone them down.

I've seen sheer panel leggings come in a myriad of styles: Found these mesh panel leggings or these to update the leggings in most closets.

These sheer panel leggings from the couples blog came to mind. I think they're my favourite by David Lerner.
